What is Ugodeal?

Ugodeal is a website where you can buy great products and services available at a significant discount.

Our deals are online for a limited period of time via the purchase of an online voucher. When the deal clock reaches 0 the deals is no longer available.

How do I get the deal of the day?

Getting the deal of the day is very straight forward. The below steps explain how to go about it.

Step 1: Create an Account or Log In to your ugodeal Account
Step 2: Select preferred Deal. This can be the current deal or other deals if available
Step 3: Click on “buy this!”
Step 4: Enter billing details (or select from the dropdown if you are a previous customer). Select the payment option of your choice. Click on "Review Order".
Step 5: Review the purchase and if you are satisfied Click on "Submit Order" to finalise the transaction.
Step 6: Make payment offline via one of the 4 methods available.
Step 7: We will send you a link to print your Ugodeal voucher with your unique code. Print your voucher. It has details of when you can redeem as well as contacts of the merchant. Present it when going to redeem the deal.

How can I pay for my voucher?

You can pay for your voucher via one of our different ways of payment :

• Cash deposit or bank transfer on our GTBank or ZenithBank account
• MTN Mobile Money transfer
• eTranzact cash card

When can I use my voucher?

You can use your voucher from the date the deal clock reaches 0 until the expiry date of the voucher. This will depend on the terms of the deal. It can expire in 1 month, 3 months or more.

Why do I have to wait until the deal ends to use my voucher?

Deals are purchased in bundles from businesses. Thus we need to wait till the deal ends on the website so we can inform the business of the number of people that they should expect and communicate the relevant voucher details. They will then be able to serve you as and when you turn up to utilize your voucher.

If I bought a voucher can I pay after the deal ends?

You have 2 weeks to pay your voucher after the deal has ended. Please be aware the case you paid after the deal ends you will receive your voucher within 2 working days after we receive the payment and will than be able to redeem it at the merchant.

Can I buy a Ugodeal as a gift for someone else?

Yes. Ugodeals can be given as gifts unless specifically stated otherwise.

Can I buy more than one voucher?

You can unless otherwise stated in the conditions. This will depend on the deal. Some will have limitations.

How do I use the Ugodeal?

You will receive an email with a link to sign in and print your Ugodeal voucher with instructions and map on it.

Can I use the remainder later if I don't use the full value of the Ugodeal in one visit?

No, unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.

What is the expiry period of the Voucher?

This will be dependent on the terms of the deal. It can expire in 1 year, 6 months or less.

Is Ugodeal safe?

Very safe. Ugodeal has been operating since July 2011. We don't win unless our customers win, so we are not only worried about getting you the best deals, we also want you to have a secure and pleasant online shopping experience.

What if the business for my Ugodeal closes down?

We will make sure you get your money back.

Am I billed as soon as I join a deal?

Yes. You have to make the necessary payments to activate the deal.

Can I return a Ugodeal voucher?

No. Once you have confirmed your purchase and the minimum number of buyers is reached, your order will be deemed final.
